About Rested Paws

Rested Paws is a small, independently run online pet supply store based in Tennessee. We're a sole proprietorship, not a large retailer, and we sell a deliberately small, curated range of pet products rather than an endless catalog.

What we do

We focus on practical, everyday pet gear that solves a real problem: elevated beds that keep dogs off hot floors, grooming tools that make home care easier, and comfort products that hold up to regular use. We choose products based on build quality, stated specifications, and how well they hold up in normal household conditions.

How we operate

We're an online-only store. We do not have a walk-in retail location. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and ship from our suppliers' United States fulfillment partners, which is why standard delivery takes 5-12 business days. We ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and a flat $4.99 under $50.

How we handle problems

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll work through it with you individually. We'd rather resolve a specific problem properly than make a blanket promise we can't keep. Our full terms are in our Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
