Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Rested Paws currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time, and international destinations are not available at checkout.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $4.99 standard shipping rate. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer an expedited shipping option.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 5-12 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 6-15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number by email once it ships. If tracking hasn't arrived within 5 business days of your order, email us and we'll look into it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We review these individually and will work with you on a resolution.
